A client which produces video software built to be usable to all skill levels is looking for an experienced, mid-senior level UX/UI designer to join their team. With a friendly and social culture, a great appreciation for design, and solid processes in placefor effective working, its a fantastic organisation to challenge your UX skills and make an impact.What youll be doingThe organisation produces a fascinating bit of software with really interesting UX challenges, and a focus on making avisually appealing product with great UI. This role will be focused on supporting the design and build of a browser-based version of their popular software. This role will suit anyone with experience building out interactive, engaging, and user-centric experiences.Youwill be working in a multidisciplinary team with developers, product managers, and a delivery manager, all of whom have a great appreciation for design and user experience. As the sole designer, you will be given significant autonomy to build out design processesas you see fit using in-depth user research collected by the product team. Experience working closely with developers to support implementation of your designs would be a great asset, as would experience communicating with senior stakeholdes and pushing designdecisions.What experience youll need to apply
  • Great UI and visual design skills.
  • Understanding of, or experience with, full UX design process - particularly user-testing, prototyping, and information architecture.
  • Great senior stakeholder management, and experience presenting and advocating for design decisions.
  • Have worked to Agile sprints in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Worked closely with developers and supported implementation of designs.
