Job Description

Location: Central BristolHours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm - happy to discuss flexible workingSalary: Up to £35,000 + bonus + benefitsWhat the job involves:In this role you will play a key part in our Digital team as a designer; we will invest time in your development and coaching, ensuring you are able to assist in delivering best-in-class UX and visual design solutions to existing and future developments.As a UX team, we have the ability to make significant improvements in the user experience and the style and design across many projects, web and mobile!To give you an idea of what to expect, you`ll be:

  • Researching, ideating and conceptualising UX solutions, working closely with BAs and POs
  • Translating concepts into wireframes, mock-ups, designs and prototypes
  • Designing and evolving front end design across websites and mobile apps
  • Planning and managing research and user-testing, and presenting your findings back to the team
  • Generating user stories, user journeys and flow diagrams

  • You`ll have a strong knowledge of software such as Adobe XD (Sketch/Invision), proto.io, Axure, Balsamia, Optimal sort, or similar
  • Be proficient in mobile-first and responsive design
  • Skilled in creating prototypes that articulate your thinking through sketching, paper prototyping and mind maps
  • You`ll be able to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas and solutions
