Lead UX Designer - Fully RemoteAutonomous - Creative - CourageousWere working with an epic digital agency based on our doorstep in Bristol who is looking for a UX Leader to join their creative team.What you need to know…

  • This digital agency is setting itself up for a cracking 2021!
  • This is the kind of role where youll be able to make it your own, driving the UX function along with it.
  • Youll be setting the rules - working alongside the Creative Director to help shape the future of the UX within the business.
  • Prepare yourself for a face-paced environment! Twiddling thumbs will be a thing of the past!
  • UX is never considered an "afterthought"- you wont be putting up any fights to champion user experience across projects.
    • What youll bring to the table…
  • Comfortable in being totally hands-on as well as shaping the UX as a department within the business - an exciting prospect!
  • Ideally, someone who has previous with implementing lean UX principles and understands the commercial side of "agency life".
  • Someone who has experience across websites, mobile apps, bots whilst working closely with an in-house development team.
  • Become the go-to within the business for anything UX related, from UX focused pitches to driving new tools and software.
  • Theyre not the corporate type, they want someone who works hard but has fun whilst doing it!
    • What youll be pleased to know...
  • You can work fully remotely. Theyre using their Bristol office as a sort-of hub where you can go in as and when you want to (for meetings etc.)
