Job Description

Become a Travel Consultant! - BristolKick off your career in TRAVEL! If youre a travel enthusiast, you aspire to travel lots more and you would enjoy creating memorable travel experiences for like-minded people, we have opportunities to join this world-leading travel company at their busy retailstore in Bristol. As the travel industry begins to boom again this is a perfect time to get started.Basic Salary of £22K with first year on target earnings of £30KTo qualify you will have proven experience in sales and be able to demonstrate your previous successes. You will also have a strong educational background (degree level or equivalent) and most importantly a passion for travel, ideally with first-hand travelexperienceTravel Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Consult with customers face to face and on the phone, building rapport and developing an in depth understanding of their holiday aspirations.
  • Provide customers with expert advice on destinations, flights and a multitude of worldwide travel products
  • Construct travel itineraries and close sales
  • Strive to exceed sales targets
  • Strive to become a true travel expert utilising industry leading product training
  • Build a portfolio of return clients
Travel Consultant Skills and Experience required:
  • Proven experience in sales and be able to demonstrate your previous successes
  • Strong educational background (degree level or equivalent)
  • A huge passion for travel
Travel Consultant Additional Info:
  • Weekend work included (4-5 days per month, and expect 1 full weekend off per month)
