We are dedicated to helping organizations streamline their operations, enhance member experiences, and drive growth through ourinnovative software and services.Role description:This role is responsible for leading and executing on change management initiatives within ClearCourse’s Membership Services Division to deliver on the Divisional Strategy. The role requires senior transformation experience within an operational delivery /professional services context and a track record of delivering complex change projects.The successful applicant will be responsible for conducting due diligence and documenting the current state and owning the development of a transformation framework and multiple workstreams. You will be developing and implementing a comprehensive change managementand transformation programme, including identifying and facilitating changes to business processes and systems, technology, and structures within the organisation. This candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our people are bought in to and embracethe change. Key Accountabilities:

• Working in partnership with the Divisional Director, conduct due diligence and develop a robust and comprehensive change programme to transform the Membership Services division to maximise profitability, ensure customer satisfaction, and to improve andoptimise current service delivery model.
• Build effective relationships and trust across multiple business areas and internal (and where relevant, external) stakeholders. Develop a cadence of ongoing communications and engagement with key divisional leaders and stakeholders. Support the DD in articulationof a clear and compelling vision and strategy to support the change management programme.
• Document “as is” state for end-to-end customer lifecycle and help identify opportunities to drive efficiency and improve the technology delivery model leveraging best in class practices and tools. Use appropriate and repeatable processes and technologysolutions to support high quality, efficient outcomes.
• Leverage established methodologies and processes (e.g. PRINCE2) to capture and monitor key change programme workstreams (e.g. scoping, planning, process optimisation, design, governance, reporting, implementation etc).
• Please note: while not currently in scope, if an acquisition were made of a company in the memberships and/or charities sectors, there may be some requirement to support the integration and contribute to the successful commercial transition into the business.

Required skills, experience, and attributes:

• Demonstrated track record in cross-functional business transformation PMO in the FinTech industry
• Ability to balance strategic thinking, planning, project/process management, operations and administrative execution with exceptional communications capabilities and judgment.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and use the output to recommend, and crucially achieve stakeholder buy-in for necessary changes.
• Strong programme management experience across large, complex, cross-functional transformation programmes in a technology / software environment with many internal and external stakeholders.
• Bring structure, visibility, rigour and professionalism to transformation and performance in an open, collaborative way.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Good with process, with a strong track record of execution.
• Experiences of successfully budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Affable, credible and can communicate effectively with colleagues including formal presentations.
