The Role - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
  • Meeting with clients and understanding their culture and hiring needs
  • Sourcing candidates through advertising, headhunting, networking, and using the company database
  • Interviewing candidates and putting them forward for interviews with your clients
  • Preparing candidates for interviews
  • Being the middleman between the two parties
  • Negotiating the best deal for your candidates
  • Closing deals and making commission!
