Leading UK Property organisation require a trainee Data / PowerBI Developer to work on a variety of database, system change and integration projects. Reporting to Solutions Architect within the IT department you will be learning and developing knowledge of internal systems and data structure and assisting in analytics within the business.Client DetailsLeading UK Property organisationDescriptionLeading UK Property organisation require a trainee Data / PowerBI Developer to work on a variety of database, system change and integration projects. Reporting to Solutions Architect within the IT department you will be learning and developing knowledge of internal systems and data structure and assisting in analytics within the business.Key Responsibilities:

  • Bring a proactive and curious approach to learning and keeping up to data with new releases of functionality with in the PowerBI and Microsoft PowerPlatform suite, and other systems used within the company
  • Reviewing and interrogating existing reporting to understand data points and KPI measures within the business in order to provide support to end users.
  • Investigate and resolve reporting issues.
  • Analysis and reporting on systems migration and roll out to ensure a smooth and accurate transfer of data.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to end users with self-serve reports and guidance in following the reporting data dictionary.
  • Work with the business to gather requirements for master data changes and improvements and ensuring data architecture is fully documented and tracking of change requests.
    • Knowledge/ Skills/ Qualifications
  • Knowledge and understanding of analysis tools such as Excel and SQL and the desire to proactively learn and develop new skills with PowerBI.
  • Problem solving skills in order to investigate and identify issues in data extraction, and assistant in development of solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills building relationships with departments and project teams, and clear concise documentation in support.
