ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES • Demonstrate sustained in-depth disease, brand, and environmentalknowledge (patient pathway, stakeholder mapping) to deliver impactful In Call Effectiveness to maximize the uptake of our clients medicines, outcomes, and ROI. • Targeted Customer Engagement of key individual stakeholders and organizations across the patientpathway to secure optimal patient access within the local NHS system. • Develop Key Clinical Experts to maximize the appropriate use of our clients medicines and benefits for patients. • Account planning & prioritization: Demonstrate excellence in prioritization,development, and execution of best-in-class account plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Local, National & alliance where relevant) to deliver impactful strategies that accelerate value for the client, Health and Care Systems, and Patients.• Operate with a Digital First multichannel mindset, demonstrating high capability and deployment of digital technology and channels to enhance the customer experience, maximize colleague efficiency, and ensure optimal patient access to our clients medicines.• Role model living our Purpose, Values & Behaviours to ensure that our Culture is diverse & inclusive where everyone can thrive. A growth mindset is encouraged. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE • Graduate or Equivalent (ideally Life Sciences). • Must havegained the ABPI Medical Representative’s Exam (or equivalent) within the first two years of employment as a representative. Representatives new to the pharmaceutical industry must take an appropriate exam within their first year of employment as a representative.• Fully conversant with the requirements of ABPI Code of Practice. • Where access to customer groups has certain entry requirements, e.g., credentialing, the colleague would be required to comply with these as necessary to fulfill their role. • UK pharmaceuticalindustry experience. • Effective working knowledge of NHS structures and the inter-dependencies between Health and Care systems and service providers, across primary care and secondary care. • Advanced selling skills and ability to critically appraise & presentclinical and real-world data with impact. • Experience in building long-term customer relationships and advocacy development. • Promote ongoing learning agility and Continuous Professional Development for self and others, demonstrating a growth mindset. •Role model the clients values and behaviors to ensure our culture is diverse and inclusive. • Driving license. • Digital Affinity with multichannel offerings and virtual engagement excellence. • Business planning skills - understanding of the operationalplanning process. • Previous experience in a secondary care environment. • Pharmacy qualification and experience (Oncology BU only).
