The Company: Established for over 70 years, this is one of the worlds leading manufacturers of audiological devices. They are at the forefront of the market, invest heavily in R+D and consistently win industry awards for product innovation.Additionally, they have an exciting pipeline of new products to launch in the next 12 months. As part of a large, multinational organisation, they are able to offer superb development and progression opportunities. We are looking for Territory Sales Managerto sell hearing instruments to independent audiology practices on a very well-established territory that also have superb new business growth potential. Providing full product training, a structured induction and ongoing development, they offer excellent benefitsincluding overall earnings up to £60k, company car and 10% pension.The Role: As the new Medical Territory Sales Manager, you will manage a number of existing and high performing accounts throughout this well-developed territory. Thanks to the massive growth potential in this region, the commercial focuswill be on developing new customer growth and managing them as existing accounts. The hiring manager is also keen to "succession plan" and offer high performers progression into a managerial role. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual withstrong new business skills who is keen to break into the exciting medical sales sector!We are looking for clinical candidates who meet the following criteria:
  • New business territory management skills
  • A consultative, relationship focused sales approach
  • Hunger to succeed and a dynamic personality
  • Ideally has experience selling technical/medical products
  • Full UK driving licence
Package:Base Salary: £35,000 - £45,000Bonus: £10,000 - 15,000Company car10% Pension, Healthcare and additional benefits
