Job Description

You will be responsible for closing sales appointments over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.If you feel you are an effective Telesales Executive, who is an excellent communicator and have superior people skills, being able to comfortably represent products and services over the phone - WE want to talk to you!As a Telesales Executive, you will represent the very well-known busy retailer, who are experts in their field. You will be delivering a fantastic and friendly service to all incoming calls.Key Tasks:

  • Handle inbound customer telephone calls and enquiries turning each enquiry into a sale / appointment.
  • Respond to web-chat enquires and emails regarding products.
  • Support team members and share knowledge.
  • Reach and maintain your potential through continuous development
  • Achieve and try to exceed all KPIs
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
We are looking for strong team players. Do not worry if you dont have sales experience, its more about your personality and drive to be the best you can be.Requirements:
  • Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role, retail or hospitality considered.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone or face to face.
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
