Job Description

Technical Delivery ManagerBristol – hybrid remote (twice a week in the office)SaaS£70k DOEInterested in contributing to the elearning spaceWere partnered with a leading SaaS SME that is looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of SaaS solutions for their team.Their solution is used by some of the most prestigious players on the planet, alongside smaller businesses. They have begun expansion plans to double in size in the next 18 months.Their benefits include 30 days holiday, a competitive base salary, training budgets, an annual bonus scheme, Simplyhealth Cash Plan, enhanced maternity/paternity, and more.Theyre currently going into the office twice a week.You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our SaaS solutions to clients. collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and drive the implementation of their productYou’ll report into the CTO and manage a range of activities across the project life cycle from requirements definition to delivery.You can expect to join a growing business that value progression and forward thinking, with opportunities for personal growth. Day to day

  • Manage a team of two software developers
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement and effectiveness in project delivery processes
  • Use your business analysis skills to gather and create requirements from clients
  • Translate requirements into user stories/epics/features
  • Partake in high level solution design
  • Define work packages
  • Oversee the delivery of the work packages from outsource partners
  • Provide consultancy to internal delivery teams
Technical:
  • Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Manager or similar (Technical Business Analyst, Software development – front and/or back end, product owner, or scrum master), specifically in delivering SaaS solutions.
  • Bachelors degree in engineering/science, but we will consider other degrees for the right candidate
  • Understand the software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and project management principles
  • Solid technical background with experience in web-based technologies, APIs, and cloud platforms
  • Leadership/Stakeholder management
