Recruiting for a Customer Service Team Leader on a full time, permanent basis.Were looking to speak to experienced customer service professionals, with leadership skills to join in an exciting period of growth.Team: Managing up to 15 members of staff in the busiest periods (including some temporary staff)Location: Central Bristol, close to Cabot Circus and transport routesSalary: £24,000Hours: 37.5 hours, 5 out of 7 days per week. Will include weekend workWorking between the hours of 9am and 9.00pmBonus opportunities: There are quarterly awards for Team Leader of the quarter, of up to £3,000Training: In-depth team management training (kaizen and online skills academy)Duties:Manage a team of call centre agentsDeliver team and individual KPIsHandle inbound and outbound callsResolve escalated customer complaints and queriesTo conduct regular performance and behaviour reviews documenting discussions and performance improvement plans (PIPs) for any team member failing to achieve required performance, agreeing actions and review datesLiaise with Work Force Management regarding rotas, shifts, breaks etc. to maximise adherence and productivityReview working practices and processes and identify improvementAbout you:Computer literate, in particular MS OfficeCustomer service experience (call centre would be beneficial)Experience in managing people and performanceExcellent communication skills, written and verbalAbility to influence others with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve conflictsStrong customer focusExcellent organisation, time management and prioritisation skillsInnovative approach to problems and challengesBenefits:Savings ClubCycle to Work Scheme available25 days Holiday4 x Basic Salary Life AssuranceEyecare Scheme5% Pension Employer Contribution5% Pension Employee ContributionUp to 10% Performance Profit Share
