Job Description

Team AdministratorBS1 (Hybrid)3 days/week - flexible but must include a Monday in the office£24k pro rata (£12/hour)AboutOur client is looking for a skilled Team Administrator who is seeking to grow and provide administrative support within the property function and office.Operating nationwide, they are based in the heart of Bristol, providing specialist property consultancyservices for well-known and newly emerging brands in the retail, leisure and hospitality sectors.Responsibilities

  • Maintaining property and client information on Microsoft Dynamics and SharePoint, ensuring it is kept up to date and holds relevant data.
  • Updating weekly client property reports.
  • Extracting demographic catchment data from location intelligence software (you will be shown how to do this).
  • Keeping an eye on industry articles for property opportunities within the Restaurant, Retail and Leisure sectors through the regular reading of local, regional, national and trade press.
  • Identifying suitable property opportunities received into the office inbox.
  • Supporting the Founder and sending out client packs to property agents and owners promoting the respective client’s requirements and moving property opportunities forward as received.
  • Contributing to weekly meetings.
  • Setting up meetings and events within the calendar for Outlook and other Microsoft Teams meetings.
  • Managing and answering telephone queries coming into the office.
  • Dealing with suppliers from time to time and other office related queries when required.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, 2 years is preferable.
  • Skilled to intermediate level in all Microsoft Office Suite applications (in particular Excel, Outlook and MS Teams) and experience or understanding in using CRM software.
Skills and Requirements
  • A good communicator with an excellent telephone manner.
  • Excellent written skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experienced using presentation software such as MS PowerPoint or Canva.
  • Once training has been given, being able to work independently, with some supervision.
  • A positive driven team player with a can-do attitude.
