The Company:We are pleased to be supporting our central Bristol client who are looking for a Team Administrator in their Central Bristol offices. This is to work on a Fixed Term Contract for approx. 12 months.You will be working Monday - Friday full time hours and receive a salary up to £26,500 per annum (pro rata for the duration of the contract) + fantastic benefits. Youll be working as part of a friendly team, and in a really lovely office!The Role:You will be providing secretarial and administrative support to a busy team you must be highly organised, flexible, personable and have an intermediate working knowledge of all Microsoft office packages with a proven ability to work with bespoke software packages.Your main duties will include:- Provide full administrative and secretarial support to a team of 10- Inputting new instructions, running conflict checks, generating pipeline reports and producing invoices- Report production using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF software (Nitro & Adobe)- Typing, formatting and proof-reading letters and reports- Processing expenses, recording annual leave- Meetings - arrange department and client meetings. Book meeting rooms and provide refreshments as and when required - taking minutes.- Dealing with telephone queries and clients arriving at the office- Maintain client contact detailsThe Ideal Candidate:- Proven experience in a Team Admin/Secretarial/PA role within professional services is highly desirable- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams and OneDrive- Copy and Audio Typing experience- Ability to prioritise workload with an attention to detail and willingness to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner- Proven organisational skills- A confident and proactive approach to work- Excellent telephone manner accompanied by strong interpersonal skills to deal with a wide variety of people and clientsPlease click on apply
