The firm provides excellent training, clear career development paths and appraisal systems in place to help people achieve their career goals.DescriptionJoining the team as a Tax Consultant within an advisory tax focused, you will work with qualified and highly regarded tax professionals with direct contact working with partners, mentoring, supporting and helping you transition from a compliance focusedtax career into an ever increasing advisory focused tax career where you will gain experience on project work across R&D tax credit claims, corporate finance transaction tax advisory and due diligence work, corporate reconstructions / demergers, family businesssuccession planning, equity incentives and employment related securities, EIS / SEIS related matters, international tax and complex direct tax HMRC enquiries. You will work with the wider team undertaking tax technical research for projects and develop yourtax career down this more advisory career line. It offers a superb opportunity for the right tax focused career professional to truly develop their career down the advisory career route, working on varied, complex and interesting clients and project work.ProfileYou will be any of ACA/ACCA/ATT/CTA qualified, or studying / part qualified with a career background most likely having focused your career so far within a compliance focused service line of corporate or personal tax to around the Tax Senior / Tax Consultantlevels. For example, you may have focused within Global Mobility within a Top Tier firm background and be motivated and interested in the prospect of diversifying your career and broadening your tax experience into much wider sectors and advisory project work.Or you may have focused your career within an independent firms corporate or personal tax team, working on a client base of compliance focused work and have similar interests and motivations. You will be looking to diversify your technical skills into newfields and motivated by the chance to join firm environment and role where you can see a genuine training path, clear progression and development on offer.Job OfferCirca £28000 - £40,000 dependent on the background experience and level of the right professional, plus benefits, negotiable.
