Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join us with an eye for an excellent candidate experience so that we consistently source the best talent to join our global business. You’ll bring immediate resourcing expertiseto our current recruitment practices but also have a focus on strategic talent acquisition planning, creating pipelines of talent and planning for IOPP’s future resourcing requirements. You’ll also bring experience and a passion for Early Careers as we lookto build our Early Career offering including apprenticeships, graduate opportunities, internships, and work placements for future talent.The role will also develop career development paths and lead on other careers initiatives required to support the development of our existing early talent.Here are some of the key goals for the role:

  • Provision of an excellent end to end talent acquisition service to the business and a first class candidate experience;
  • Longer-term strategic talent acquisition planning;
  • Content management of the recruitment system and reporting on the metrics;
  • Development of new channels of talent attraction and engagement and promotion of our employer brand;
  • Establish, launch and manage our apprenticeship, graduate, internship and work experience programmes;
  • Deliver the early talent attraction plan.
If you have the following experience and skills, we’d love to hear from you:
  • Extensive end to end resourcing experience - operational and strategic
  • Degree qualified or equivalent experience
  • Ideally CIPD qualified
  • Experience of recruiting for and managing Early Careers programmes
  • Engaging presentation skills - both content creation and delivery to large and/or online groups
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proven experience of developing and delivering end to end projects
