Job Description

Talent Acquisition CoordinatorSignature are looking for a new Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our friendly team on a permanent basis.Working as part of a team, our Talent Acquisition Coordinators are responsible for finding andbuilding relationships with candidates with a focus on our temporary placements.Responsibilities include:

  • Source new candidates using job boards, advert response and CRM database, social media etc.
  • Interview candidates, virtually and face to face building relationships and a thorough understanding of requirements, motivations, and skills
  • Establish and maintain relationships with your candidates, maintaining regular communication to ensure they are matched with the best vacancies and looked after throughout the process
  • Build and maintain a database of candidates suitable for our core, temporary vacancies
  • Created job adverts and social media posts to attract and engage with candidates
  • Creating placements for temporary candidates on internal payroll and due diligence has been completed
  • Assist with compliance
  • Administration tasks as required

  • Takes pride in delivering excellent customer service
  • Able to juggle a busy workload with multiple tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills on the phone and via email

  • Skilled with Microsoft Office and CRM databases
