The Systems and Processes department ensures all P2P systems are utilised in the most efficient and effective manner, technical systems based processes are transacted accurately, and that processes are continuously reviewed and optimised. Purpose of / Responsibilities of the role Subject Matter ExpertiseOperating as the Hub expert in P2P Systems and Process, with detailed knowledge and conceptual understanding of relevant business processes and systemsOperational ExcellenceEnsure deliverance of customer service excellence to all stakeholders throughout end to end processesWorking closely with Global process Owners to ensure that systems and processes are optimisedLeadershipAct as a role model in delivery of the P2P Hub leadership charter values, including collaboration, respect, honesty, and communicationRecruit and retain team members with the appropriate skills and competencies, with a clear and transparent process Skills / Experience Technical Competence• Detailed experience of P2P systems and processes• Detailed SAP knowledge required• Able to report information efficiently, in an easy to use outputFinance Competence• Detailed accounting experience of sales ledger• Experience of working in an environment of significant change• Good business understandingManagement Skills• "Hands on" approach with good organization skills and the ability to prioritize• Concentration on results, control and process efficiency;• Fast and consistent implementation of decisionsOther Qualities• Credibility• Integrity;• Diplomacy;• Ability to influence senior leaders and team members• Interpersonal & communication skills Excellent Remuneration and Benefits
