HOSTEL SUPPORT WORKERLOCATION: BristolDURATION:On-goingHOURS: Part/full timeSTART DATE: ImmediateRATE: £10.50Are you an experienced Support Worker with a real commitment to supporting vulnerable people If so, BRC would love to speak to you immediately!A very well-known charity in Bristol is currently looking to recruit Hostel Support Workers on an on-going, part/full-time basis. This supported housing scheme offers a frontline service, working with vulnerable clients with the aim of providing advice and support in a project setting to promote independence and learn essential life skills.This role will require approachable, patient and pro-active individuals who are passionate about the sector and will be able to provide appropriate service, individual to the clients needs, empowering and supporting them to help them regain control of their lives.If you want to have the ability to build excellent rapport and relationships with a wide variety of people and work flexibly in shifts - this role is just for you!You will benefit from a competitive hourly rate and working alongside likeminded individuals whilst making a difference in peoples lives!To be successful in this role, you will need a positive attitude, experience of working in a similar supported housing setting and ideally an up to date DBS (this can be arranged through BRC if needed)!For further information on this post please call Olly on or apply by sending your CV to this email.I look forward to hearing from you!
