Supportability EngineerLocation: Location: Keynsham, Bristol, GB, BS31 2ATCompensation: £32,660 + BenefitsRole Type: Full Time Permanent Job ID: SF43496Located within the Keynsham office at Bristol, we are responsible for the maintenance of system and equipment data held within a bespoke IT application, commonly referred to as, Configuration Management.Who we are looking forKey skill requirements are;* Have a structured approach to your work, with an eye for detail ensuring efficient use of time.* Able to make appropriate decisions, based on an informed judgment.* Capable of conveying accurate information, using the most appropriate methods, to reflect the needs of the customer.What will you be doingThe role involves managing design change, maintaining technical documentation and the undertaking of data investigations, to enable technical advice/support to be provided.Whilst youre supporting the programme well be supporting you.
