  • One of Bristols best digital companies is looking for an ambitious Application Support Analyst to support digital products for some of the world’s biggest ecommerce brands. With company profits doubling every year so far this is an amazing opportunity to join their expanding and super-friendly delivery team. You’ll have the opportunity pick up new tech, gain certifications and really grow into the role within a supportive and driven environment. Initially joining them on a fully remote basis they’re looking to offer 2/3 days remote once restrictions lift.What skills you’ll need
  • Proven experience in a support role, preferably web or application support.
  • Confident using workflow tools such as Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow etc.
  • Previous experience in a digital agency or ecommerce environment would be beneficial.
  • Positive, forward-thinking and proactive approach, able to work with clients directly and tech/non-tech people.
  • A good working knowledge of digital platform/systems and how they work.
  • Strong documentation & organisations skills; be an advocate for the support process.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changes in processes and priority.
  • What youll be doingWorking closely with the development and wider delivery team your focus will be to maintain the integrity of the business’ core platform which manages ecommerce stores across the world with annual revenues of over £200m per year. They need someone with a sharp eye for detail to come in and take responsibility for detecting, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues where possible ensuring the highest level of support to their clients. Complex issues will need to be escalated to the development team so strong interpersonal skills and an ability to manage your workload are key. From time to time you will be required to host calls/meetings with clients and stakeholders to discuss incidents so an ability to confidently explain technical feedback to both technical and non-technical members is essential. You’ll be an advocate for the support process, documenting system changes and new features as they’re released, staying abreast with the latest tech and industry developments.What youll get in return for your talentsTheres plenty of great perks within this role including competitive salary (£22-28K), pension, private health etc but the major reward within this role is to get to work on some big name client projects within a sociable, positive team where youre really valued and job satisfaction is high.
