6 month fixed term contract for an experienced Supply Chain Planning Manager to join our client at their Head office to add weight and value to their broad Supply Chain and overall planning functions.There is a key emphasis on candidates having Supply Chain expertise with experience of a warehousing setting as you will be developing processes, tools and techniques to measure and monitor warehouse space visibility and support the efficiency of this part of the business. You should be highly analytical with strong inventory management skills, improving stock integrity and visibility. The wider supply chain will see you also improve and develop processes across end to end functions to include relationships with carriers, 3pls, freight forwarders. A number of different IT systems and platforms produce data so improvements to visibility and quality of data received, should be brought together to improve planning by the availability of more accurate data.Candidates should have strong IT skills including advanced Excel with knowledge and experience of working with ERP/MRP systems along with data cleansing experience.
