Job Description

Im looking for up to 3 talented Software Engineers to join an exciting, growing software consultancy company to work on projects that are helping to keep the UK safe - read on if that sounds like you!

  • Eligible for SC security clearance (Living in the UK for the past 5 years) + hold a British Citizenship.
  • Commercial experience working as a backend, full-stack, or polyglot Software Engineer (Ideally Java as its their main language, but they work with other languages such as Python, JavaScript, C++, C# and GoLang)
  • You have worked in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)
  • A bachelors degree within a STEM subject
    • Highly desired:
  • Experience with DevOps techniques and approaches (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery)
  • Terraform
  • Experience working with AWS (Lambda, S3, SQS, DynamoDb, Cloudwatch)
    • We are looking for either a mid or senior engineer for this role (if you have team leadership experience that would be great) youll have lots of chance to work with the latest technologies and progress your career.Due to the nature of the work you do, mostly with government clients (working on things for homeland security, all ethical things - pretty much there are no missile or jet fighter mission projects!).
