The experience we need.* Experience: First-line support experience in a service desk environment.* Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, Windows Server and basic TCP / IP networking, PowerShell and scripting* Problem Solver: A pro-active logical thinker with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.* Team Player: An excellent communicator and collaborator, able to manage your own workload effectively.The Role.As a Service Desk Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the global team experiences a seamless and secure IT environment. Reporting directly to the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving tickets submittedto the IT Service Desk.
