Job Description

Acorn Recruitment is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator for their client based in South Gloucestershire. This is a full time permanent position, offering a salary of £20,000 to £23,000 pa Because of the rural location (based North of Thornbury), you will need your own transport.As Service Delivery Coordinator your main responsibility will be to manage our clients online Order Tracker called Salesforce. You will track each job from purchase order right through to completion.This will include:* Taking and making calls to clients and engineers * Communicating and liaising with the office manager and sales team, to ensure that all jobs are being managed and progressed in a timely and efficient manner.* Scheduling jobs and tracking them from conception to completion.* All the general administration connected to coordinating the service.In order to be considered for this position you will need the following:* Flexibility* Be highly organised* To be fully literate at Microsoft office programmes* Be an excellent communicator, both verbally and written* Be a team worker* Be able to work on your own initiative from time to time.* Have excellent grammar - as you will be proof reading reportsAcorn Recruitment acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment.
