Senior SDET - QA, Automation, Java, Selenium, Cucumber, TDDIm currently recruiting for a Senior SDET / Software Development Engineer in Test / Automation Engineer with one of my favourite clients based in North Bristol but offering 100% home working (unless you specifically want to be onsite which they can also facilitate) paying £40,000 - £65,000pa (possibly negotiable beyond this) DOE +Bonus. You must have strong commercial experience of automated software testing, particularly around front-end technologies.You will be working with the most up to date technologies to build exciting software used globally by thousands of customers and youll be using cutting edge hardware. Weve placed 20+ people there over the last 5 years: all of them are still there and allspeak really highly of the company and the team environment and culture.Please note: my client cannot offer sponsorship, you must have full right to work in the UK to be considered for this role.Essential Skillset / Experience Strong demonstrable experience of QA / automation testing (Ideally Java) Experience working on projects using Agile methodology Strong understanding of full SDLC and STLC UI Testing using tools such as Selenium and SOAP UI Extensive understanding of source control management, build processes, test environments, bug life cycle, and frequent code release deployment QA support activitiesDesirable Skillset / Experience Experience of TDD / BDD testing (Cucumber) Experience with cross-browser, cross-platform and mobile device testing (Appium).
