Job Description

Our client is the largest of their kind (Healthcare) in Europe and the fastest growing in the world. Their growth has been sharp over a short period of time. As they continue to grow, they have a number of Transformation Programmes (HR, Digital and Finance)ongoing that is pulling the group closer together by implementing improved/new processes, technology and ways of working.Within Finance; due to the rapid growth and to future proof the business, there is a multi-phased programme of work to undertake an end-to end redesign of their core processes across Source to Pay (S2P), Order To Cash (O2C) and Record to Report (R2R). Theyare developing internal lean six sigma capability to drive optimisation through standardisation, automation and service improvements. There is also work towards a restructure of resources and the formation of new Shared Service Centre.We have so far recruited 2 Project Manager and 2 Business Analysts to join the Programme Manager and wider team. We are now looking for a Senior PMO Analyst to support the PMO Lead, and Programme Manager as follows:

  • To work alongside Project Managers to facilitate delivery
  • Manage Project Schedules both from a project perspective and how they link into the programme (milestones)
  • Collating data on Risks, Issues and Dependencies and reporting on these back to senior leadership teams and programme board.
  • Working with SharePoint and Smartsheets
  • Ensuring Programme Governance and best practice is administered and followed
  • Working across a varied team being assertive but affable
Experience:
  • 5yrs+ working in Programme Teams as a PMO Analyst
  • Transformation Programmes useful with Finance familiarity nice to have but not important.
  • Good experience of implementing and administering project controls and governance
  • Ability to work with cross functional and multi-level teams to elicit information
  • Use of Project Tools essential. Smartsheets and SharePoint used here.
  • Attended meetings to identify and record risk and dependency details
This is a large programme of work which although is offering a 12-month FTC, has very good long term permanent opportunities. The role is remote with occasional travel to Bristol such as 1-2 times per month. If you are more local, then there may be benefitsto going in more but the team are located throughout the UK.
