About the Senior Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing roleThe Senior Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing will drive, coordinate, and manage future growth of TIP as a business and a brand. Focusing on strategies, initiatives, and cultivating a culture for prolonged success, your day to day tasks will include:
  • Developing a marketing strategy to drive further growth
  • Coordinating marketing campaigns between channels
  • Handling the companys marketing budget
  • Consistently improving marketing ROI
  • Briefing and sometimes creating content for marketing plans
  • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns
  • Creating lead generation campaigns and measuring results
  • Brand management and corporate identity
  • Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing communications
  • Working with clinical and stock teams to expand our treatment offering
  • Working closely with and managing external SEO, PPC, and Email Marketing agencies
  • Maintaining effective internal communications for all potential promotional activities and channels of growth
  • Developing the TIP brand - tone of voice, messaging, USPs
  • Competitor analysis
  • Managing our pricing strategy
  • Developing untapped channels - video, social, offline
What experience youll need to applyIn addition to excellent project management and communication skills, you will need:
  • Experience leading the Marketing Strategy for a similar brand or eCommerce business.
  • Experience in SEO, PR, paid advertising and email marketing at a strategic level.
  • Experience working with and managing external marketing agencies
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
  • Excellent planning and organisational capabilities
  • Outstanding analytical studies
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • To be an imaginative and persuasive negotiator
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Confident, dynamic, and inspirational personality
What youll get in return
  • Basic salary up in the region of £60k - £80k depending on experience.
  • Holiday: 23 days plus bank holidays (+1 day per 2 years service up to 25 days)
  • Flexible hybrid working (home & office)
  • Usual working hours: 08:30 - 17:00 Mon - Fri. Possibility of flexible hours on request.
