This job role will see you provide administration support to the HR team, Business Managers and staff in respect of HR and recruitment related matters. Responsibilities will include maintaining and updating HR recruitment policies and help to ensure the promotion of health and safety across the company.Daily duties will include administrative support on case work, issuing leavers interviews, letters regarding changes to terms and acknowledgement of resignation letters. You will help to record overtime, sickness and absences and help to manage PIPs and assist monthly payroll. You will send Maternity acknowledgement letters and carry out calculations.The role will also see you provide administrative support through the recruitment process assisting internal recruitment and act as an intermediary between the company and external recruiters as well as helping with the administration required for new joiners such as the preparation of contracts and new joiner instructions.About the Company:The role will see you work from the Bristol office of a national firm. The company is a successful independent pension provider.Key Skills/Experience Required:The ideal candidate will have first and foremost a trustworthy and honest nature.
