Description of Team / Department Business Line Finance - Cementitious & Supply Chain Purpose of / Responsibilities of the role Develop and maintain a financial analysis and support function contributing to the performance of the business.Enhance business performance by collecting, analysing and providing correct, meaningful financial information to the businessManagement Support and Finance Maintain and foster effective relationships with business partnerCollect, analyse, and interpretive financial data as well as prepare ad hoc financial reports, models, presentations and recommendations for business linesPlanning and ForecastingLiaise and coordinate with the business partner on ensuring appropriate planning and forecasting processes to provide country and business line management with relevant and reliable forward looking business informationSupport business partner and business lines on the preparation of budgets and forecastsAccountingIn conjunction with the SSC and RCC ensure the preparation and presentation of accurate financial accounts, which comply with National accounting standards and statutory requirementsLiaise and coordinate with the business partner and business to ensure that all business line specific events are correctly reflected in the financial accountsCompliance/processesSupport compliance to all relevant, up-to-date company and statutory requirementsSupport business lines on process improvementsSkills / ExperienceProfessional accounting qualification, ACA or CIMA with demonstrable post-qualification experienceKnowledge of the building products and/or construction industry would be beneficialNational UK Travel is a requirement with this role Excellent Remuneration and Benefits
