Job Description

Senior Employment AssociateBristol (Hybrid)I am currently working with a well-known firm who are looking to hire an Employment Solicitor to join their collaborative and busy team in their Bristol office.This opportunity offers great quality work, a competitive salary, flexible working and a generous holiday allowance.About the roleThe successful Employment Solicitor will be joining a successful team.In brief:

  • Providing legal advice and support to clients on a range of employment matters (contentious and non contentious) including contracts of employment, discrimination, redundancy & unfair dismissal
  • Effectively build and maintain client relationships through communication and management of client expectations.
  • Advising on all aspects of employment and partnership disputes
About the personThe successful candidate will -
  • 5+ PQE in England and Wales and have completed a training seat in Employment Law at a reputable firm with experience in handling Employment Law matters.
  • Will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • You will work well under pressure, manage a busy workload and meet tight deadlines.
