As a .Net Developer, you will be working in a passionate technical team and will play an integral part in the development and maintenance of the bespoke software which is used by leading businesses. You will be actively involved in the design, deployment, development, maintenance and implementation stages of projects working in direct collaboration with Technical and Delivery teams. You will create solutions through trial and error and R&D, to ensure that you are using the latest and most cutting-edge technologies and being the best of the best. Timing is crucial to the role as you will be expected to meet project delivery goals and milestones, provide estimates to the Delivery Teams (whilst considering possible complications) and budget spend accurately. Knowledge of client focussed work is also beneficial as you will need to demonstrate a fair understanding of their needs and then communicate and liaise with the delivery team accordingly. With a designated point of contact and a supportive team culture, you will be trained to deliver services in conjunction with the company processes. Within a diverse team in terms of skillset, you are sure to be constantly learning and evolving as a professional- reaching solutions to problems through various evaluations in terms of experience.
