Job Description

My client based in Swindon are currently looking for a Senior Digital Manager on a permanent basis who will be responsible for driving the digital strategy for one of their key B2B products. The role is remote based with occasional travel to Swindon once lockdown restrictions are lifted. The salary is maximum £60,000 p.a.Key attributes my client is looking for include:

  • Strong PPC and Paid Social management skills
  • Very commercially focused
  • Strong data / reporting skills, KPI driven background
  • Good stakeholder management
  • Strong project management and prioritisation skills
  • Key elements to the role include:
  • Owning digital performance for key product within the business
  • Work with sales, marketing and product teams as well as external agencies.
  • Delivering the strategy with a focus on lead conversions, revenue vs. spend, performance for social media campaigns and all ROI
  • Define and own paid and owned media strategy forproducts
  • Lead digital social lead generation and engagement through key platforms (such as Facebook and Instagram) and retargeting networks
  • Run large scale PPC campaigns across Google and Bing and general activity, continuously optimizing and refining including bid management, copywriting and competitor benchmarking.
  • Contribute towards the SEO strategy, including ownership of the websites and coordinating the creation of targeted content for digital channels.
  • Creation and optimization of landing pages, including A/B testing to continuously improve return on investment
  • I am looking for candidates who are commercially driven, able to work towards and exceed targeted metrics with a detailed understanding of paid search and digital channels and be familiarwith Google product suite (Ads and Analytics).The ability to embrace a team attitude is essential as you will deal with complexity and ambiguity within the organisationand a collaborative approach they have found to be the best response.Proven Digital Marketing success, ideally in a B2B environment, the ability to execute multi-channel customer acquisition/retention strategies to drive visitors, click through and conversion and maximize sales as well as good commercial understanding of budgets, finance and contracts in relation to product management and development.The most important thing for this role is that you are results driven and KPI focused and this must show on your CV, you will be experienced at driving change and getting things done and passionate aboutdriving digital and marketing sales success.if you areinterested please apply online or contact Jo Aldred at REED Marketing & Creative for further information.
