The work we do has a significant impact on the economy, peoples live and the communities that they live in.The Data and Performance team have a clear aim to create a culture of using data and insight to drive improvements across the whole organisation. We work closely with managers and senior leaders to ensure that they have the insight they need in order to make evidence-based decisions.
