Job Description

Ecosurety are looking for a talented Senior Data Analyst to help deliver key client analytics, data projects and insight. This opportunity is perfect for someone looking to fast track their personal development at the same time as being able to put theirown stamp on our approach to data and analytics.Your primary responsibility will be around the delivery of dashboards, reporting & insight that will drive tangible value and change for our clients and our business. You will need to blend a mix of data and analytics skills to produce compelling presentationsand dynamic reports that deliver bespoke value to drive impact and to provide value add insights to senior and operational audiences.The role requires someone who is entrepreneurial, proactive and has the ability to develop key stakeholder relationships with clients, and coordinate across the business, at all levels. You will also need to be a team player and collaborator, working acrossmulti-discipline teams and be confident at liaising and presenting to people at all levels.Senior Data Analyst Responsibilities:The successful candidate will support the Data Team to -

  • Deliver high quality and high impact reporting and dashboarding.
  • Help the wider compliance team with data collection projects.
  • Identify and deliver insight that informs and shapes client and business thinking.
  • Challenge the teams thinking around data and analytics.
  • Identify new ways of using our current and future data sources.
  • Work closely with all stakeholders, ensuring they are managed effectively, and that communication is timely and informative.
Senior Data Analyst Requirements:
  • An experienced Data & Analytics professional, ideally with at least 4+ years experience, and a proven track record of value-add deliveries in an analytical team(s).
  • Strong data visualisation skills with Microsoft Power BI experience highly preferred.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in SQL.
  • Able to communicate and build trusted and credible relationships with stakeholders, your peers and the wider technology services teams.
  • Able to manage multiple complex deliveries with conflicting priorities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.
  • Ability to support junior team members
  • Proactive and fast learner, able to take on complex regulatory information quickly
  • High levels of attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written language skills are a pre-requisite.
  • Be proactive and entrepreneurial with the ability to work both independently and as part of a fast-paced team
