Job Description

Senior BI AnalystBristol £40,000 - £50,000A great opportunity for an experienced Analyst to join a growing fintech company backed by an established Financial Services business. If you want to take the next steps in your career, then read on!THE COMPANYThe company was founded five years ago to provide consumer finance and loans for its customers. They are continuing their high growth and are looking to expand and add to the data team who are now hiring a Senior BI Analyst to drive data reporting as theymove over to a cloud-based platform.THE ROLE

  • Performing managerial duties on data models and maintaining quality standards of reporting
  • Ensuring customer data is protected in BI work flows and reports.
  • Leading and guiding the BI Engineering team.
  • Helping and working in the curating of data sets to support new BI requirements.
  • Monitoring the usage of reporting in the business and pointing out new opportunities to improve the customers journey within the platform
  • Making sure there is report access across the company.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Strong experience In SQL and Power BI or Tableau.
  • Proven ability to be a self-starter and be able to take directions from customers.
  • Ability to create BI reports and drive insights to the rest of the team as well as performing data analysis.
  • Previous experience in managing stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing and team leading would be advantageous.
