Outstanding opportunity for a senior solicitor to join this Bristol based practice and work as part of a L500 listed team whilst working with recognised partners.This is a fantastic chance for an experienced property litigation solicitor to take that next step forward and join this commercial practice.The role will be based in the complex team and will involve acting for large institutional landlords, pension funds and asset managers and will include managing a caseload of heavyweight commercial and residential landlord and tenant, real property and forfeiturecases. You will ideally need to have gained substantialexperience within property litigation as well as having experience of independently running multi-track cases, injunctions and complex litigation. Candidates with a strong commercial litigation background willalso be considered for this role, providing there is some clear exposure to property litigation.This firm are based in modern offices in the heart of Bristol and are within easy walking distance of all local transport links.
