Were looking for a talented Senior Account Director or Account Director looking for a step up, to join an award-winning Digital and Insight-driven Marketing agency and lead and grow some of the agencys largest accounts.Theyve got some amazing clients in the UK and globally, and the Senior Account Director will take the lead on 2-3 of their larger clients with full support from a heavy-weight Digital Project Management team and Strategist.They have offices in Bristol and London and offer very flexible working with 1 or more days per week in the office - ideally 2-3 days/week to get the most out of the team and collaborative culture of the agency, but its whatever works best for you.What youll be doing
  • Following a number of significant new business wins, theyre looking to bolster their Client Services team with a Senior Account Director to lead 2-3 high potential client relationships across development, UX and Digital Marketing.
  • The Senior Account Director will be responsible for understanding client goalspredominantly digital transformation objectives, and translating these into solid plans for portfolio growth, accurately forecasting revenue to the business.
  • This role will work alongside a talented team of strategists, project leads, delivery teams and developers to deliver against these goals, ensuring that our work is of the highest quality and meets and exceeds client expectations.
What experience youll need to apply
  • Proven track record at Senior Account Director or Account Director level for a Digital Marketing, Digital Transformation, or complex Web Design/Build/UX focussed agency.
  • A proven background in complex technical projects and web builds (ideally using Sitecore,
  • Drupal or Umbraco CMS)
  • A brilliant and inspiring communicatorgreat at writing and winning high-value proposals, RFPs and being involved in face-to-face pitches
  • Experience of managing, developing, and coaching colleagues across multi-disciplinary
  • teams.
