Job Description

SEND Teaching Assistant required to support a child on a 1:1 basisThis will be working as a 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant with a Year 3 child.We are looking for an SEND Teaching Assistant for a longer term role to work with a child in Year 3 at a lovely Primary School in South Bristol. This is due to start as soon as the successful candidate is available and will be contracted July 2022. Thiswill be a full time position working Monday - Friday 8.30 - 3.30 (term time only).We are looking for an SEND Teaching Assistant who is wanting to secure a role within a Primary School and who can commit for the rest of this academic year The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude and a passion for working with children.The SEND Teaching Assistant role:

  • Full time position (Monday - Friday 8.30 - 3.30)
  • 1:1 Year 3 Teaching Assistant
  • Starting as soon as possible
  • Duration: until the end of the academic year
  • Location: West Bristol (BS9)
The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will benefit from:

To be eligible for this position, you are required to have the following:
  • Proactive attitude
  • Good work ethic
  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
  • Provide references that can be contacted.
