Job Description

As an LSA, you will play a crucial role in helping students navigate their educational journey, providing essential support to create a positive and enriching experience.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers to implement individualised education plans (IEPs) and strategies.
  • Assist with classroom activities, ensuring students engagement and understanding.
  • Support students in developing essential life skills and independence.
  • Maintain open communication with teachers, parents, and other relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous experience as an LSA or similar role is preferred.
  • Understanding of diverse learning needs and the ability to adapt support strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with students.
