Semi-Skilled Fabrication Operative Bristol £12ph to £13ph DOE, OTE £33,000 + Overtime at 1.5x the rate + Monday to Friday 40-hour week + Pension + Holiday Excellent opportunity for a machinist / welder who enjoys a varied role to join a stable, secure, family ran business in an interesting role where you can increase your earnings through ample overtime opportunities. Through this period a lot of companies have struggled due to COVID-19, however through working with a range of key clients this business is strong, stable, and looking to add an engineer to their busy team. In this role you will join a busy team in a factory environment, working on a range of machinery, and doing deliveries to clients. The ideal candidates will have worked in an engineering environment on a range of machinery. You will need to have a full clean UK driving license for this role. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable and secure family ran business in a varied and interesting role where you can increase your earning through ample overtime opportunities. The role: *Monday to Friday 40-hour week, 7am to 4pm Monday to Thursday, finish at 1pm on Friday *Regular overtime available (usually 5 to 6 hours a week minimum) paid at 1.5X the rate *Varied role working on lots of different projects and machinery *Deliveries to clients driving a long wheelbase ford transit pickup truck The person: *Engineering background *Experience operating sawing, punching & drilling equipment *Experience working with mild steel, welding & fabricating *Full clean UK driving license *Forklift trick license beneficial Required skills
