Our client, a Salesforce app provider are looking for a Salesforce Development Team Lead to join their team. This is a rare opportunity for a Salesforce Lead to take the next step in their career by leading a team of 10 developers, whilst remaining very hands-on with Salesforce development.This role is a combination of home working, travel and working from the Bristol area. It is unable to provide sponsorship and all applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.RESPONSIBILITIESAs the Salesforce Development Team Lead you will be responsible for ensuring the team is consistently delivering, working quality software to company standards and expectations, to deliver value to end clients.SKILLSAs the Salesforce Development Team you must have:- Extensive experience of developing Salesforce solutions on the Salesforce platform- Strong operational knowledge of Salesforce- Able to lead and manage a team of developers, remotely and in person- Able to manage the team as a collective, and being responsible for resolving issues and problems in a timely mannerEXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSIdeally you will also have experience with development languages including: Python, Java, PostgreSQL, Heroku, Angular 2 and Google technologies.QUALIFICATIONSSalesforce Certifications in Sales, Service, Community, Marketing clouds.Platform Developer 1 Certification is a plus Required skills
