Salesforce Administrator Bristol£50,000 - £55,000 Are you a Salesforce specialist looking for a new challenge Are you searching for company that will TRULY value your skills and expertise to support the wider businessAre you looking for variety in your day to day An opportunity to streamline, maintain and manage a CRM system with significant inputTrade Nation are looking for a Salesforce Administrator whos bread and butter are Salesforce and Pardot. You will have experience of day-to-day configuration, customisation, support, maintenance, and improvement of CRM platforms.Do you fit the bill Youre probably just right for this role in that case.About you

  • Youll ideally be working towards or already be a qualified advanced salesforce administrator or equivalent experience (2-4 years) with Salesforce configuration and change management (financial support will be provided for relevant qualifications)
  • An in-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce CRM application coupled with good understanding of standard business processes
  • The ability to design, code, test, debug, and maintain Salesforce features
  • Experience using Salesforce data tools
  • Previous experience (1-2 years) configuring Pardot, Marketing Cloud, and/or other marketing automation tools
What youll be doing
  • Maintaining and cleaning accurate data between Salesforce and Pardot, and their databases
  • Supporting internal Salesforce users across the company
  • Working with the technology team to develop new features
  • Maintaining the system platform by creating page layouts, reports, dashboards, fields and user permissions
  • Developing business requirements and specifications by working alongside internal stakeholders
  • Training and onboarding new team members on system functionality and new Salesforce features
