Job Description

The Opportunity:We are looking for a Sales Leader to coach, inspire & manage our Bristol based team, executing on our UK/EMEA & North America sales strategy. We need someone with experience running a successful B2B sales team.We’re open to candidates based in or willing to commute to Bristol, UK.About Us:Unleashed is a cloud-based solution at the heart of great businesses that make, manage and move products. We’ve recently hit double digits, celebrating 10 years in business.We have been fortunate enough to pick up some fabulous accolades over the years, and very recently were honoured to win the Westpac Business Awards for Employer of the Year and Supreme Business Excellence in 2020 in NZ, and recently been nominated for the Xero UK Industry Specific Application Partner of the year award (an award we were fortunate to pick up in 2017).Our global team has grown to over 110 employees, located across Auckland (HQ), Bristol, & Melbourne.What You’ll Do:

  • Plan and execute the sales strategy to ensure our acquisition revenue targets are met
  • Mentor and coach the sales team, focusing on behaviours and mindset
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts and reports on a fortnightly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Optimise and refine the sales process to improve productivity & guarantee maximum effectiveness
  • Contribute to lead generation strategies and activities with Marketing and Channel leaders
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders to guide regular growth initiatives
  • Lead by example, overachieving your own new business targets
  • Recruit, onboard and train new starters
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in business or related field essential
  • Minimum 7+ years experience in sales
  • 3+ years in sales management/ leadership roles
  • Previous experience working in a software business
  • Experience setting up a sales team
  • Experience running inbound or outbound sales processes
  • Team leadership through coaching and experience in an agile environment.
