Did you know we have been awarded top UK & Global Employer 5 Years Running!"Minster, the fastest growing national specialist insulation and dry lining distributor in the UK This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team at our Bristol Branch and play a pivotal role in building the business providing a first class service to new and existing customers.As a Sales Specialist with our Minster Bristol team, you will be expected to build relationships and develop sales opportunities with internal/external customers and suppliers. You will also utilise all available resources in order to achieve sale KPIs and resolve customer issues and concerns.As a Sales Specialist with Minster, you will:

  • Work proactively across our sales/customer focused environment.
  • Develop market growth in chosen customer and product segments by driving proactive sales.
  • Support all Company Customer Service initiatives.
  • Ensure that your branch is the best provider of customer service locally and nationally as defined by our customer.
    • To be suitable for the Sales Specialist role, you will have:
  • Proven experience in a proactive sales/customer focused environment.
  • Demonstrate the ability to be confident in dealing with customer issues and concerns.
  • Ability to work within your local team and across the wider Minster teams nationally.
  • Ensure that your branch is the best provider of customer service locally and nationally as defined by our customer.
  • Knowledge of the industry preferred but not essential.
  • Proficient MS Office platforms.
