Job Description

Sales Manager - INEOS HygienicsLOCATION: Home based, you can be based anywhere in the country. SALARY: Negotiable for the right candidate + excellent benefits, company car, and an annual bonus of 6%.SHIFT/WORKING HOURS: 37-hour week (Mon-Fri)OVERVIEW OF THE BUSINESS: INEOS one of the world’s largest chemical manufacturers that has a global turnover over £83 billion are growing a very exciting and apt’ business in this current climate this business is called INEOS Hygienics. INEOS Hygienics is already producing over 3 million bottles of hand sanitizer with a supply base of the NHS, Amazon and many other online and offline retail businesses. To compliment this product they are now manufacturing sanitisation spray and wipes as well as a range of market leading sanitiser dispensing units.ROLE SUMMARY:To work within the newly formed sales department of one of our most prestigious and forward-thinking clients, INEOS Hygienics. The role will involve playing a leading part in taking the full range of INEOS Hygienics’ products to not just the UK but also EU markets. We are looking for someone that has experience in selling sanitisation products into any of the following sectors;

  • Hospitals
  • Retail
  • HORECA
  • FM sectors
  • The job holder will be accountable for forming a sales strategy, generating new sales, and building a solid customer base to support the businesses strategic growth plans. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Plan and implement sales strategy to generate sales & a customer base for the new product, increasing revenue streams.Accountability for individual sales targets to support strategic growth plans.Team excellence by working across teams to achieve shared targets and support group sales strategies.Proactively manage new customer expectations through established processes.Adhere to KPI and Sales Targets set by the business to generate activity relating to sales.Proactive field-based approach to ensure that all sales opportunities are maximised to full effect.Attending regular on-site customer visits to develop relationships between customers and the business.Create a regular sales pipeline.Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts for global sales opportunities.Proactive generation of new business.Keep abreast of market trends (both technical and economic).Execution of assigned lead generation (marketing campaign feeds) - assigned new contacts to be contacted within five working days post-event.Proactive execution of activity to turn lapsed/lost clients into opportunities.Revisit existing customer base with a view on selling value add products.REQUIREMENTS:Previous experience in selling into any of the following sectors; hospitals, retail, facilities management or HORECA.It would be distinctively advantageous if you have sold sanitation products Commercial acumen / commercially astute.Ability to design and execute sales strategies and solution sell (including strong negotiation skills).Whilst operating within a huge global group the ability to be agile in a new start-up dynamic would also be distinctively advantageous as the business is still going through a road mapping’ and implementation journey.
