Job Description

Fueld are a new marketing agency who are trailblazing the digital landscape - we provide online marketing solutions for business owners wanting to scale their business and increase online leads, enquiries, sales and customer engagement.Providing clarity by simplifying the digital landscape via our core services which are - SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing & Digital Innovation from our soon to be head office in Bristol City Centre, BS1As a Sales Exec, your role will encompass a full 360 sales approach. Your key tasks will include:

  • Developing new business opportunities through call targets, social media and other creative ways
  • Pipeline & lead management via our CRM
  • Winning new business & readying campaigns for our project management team
  • Working closely with management & project management
  • Monthly client management once revenue threshold has been hit
  • Nurture existing clients you have won & upselling where possible
  • Hitting monthly revenue targets
  • A basic annual salary of between £18,000 - £24,000 pa dependent on experience, with a generous uncapped commission structure making an OTE of £46,000 with excellent overrun commissions.Company laptops and phones will be provided along with a relaxed training environment. We don’t expect you to be digital experts, but we do expect the right attitude.Autonomous working culture with a mixture of office based and home-based working. Face to face meetings is possible with the right opportunities.A pragmatic role that needs the right attitude.This role can be the launch pad for your career in digital sales. You’ll be expected to continually engage with SME business owners but with the right approach.What We Need:
  • 2 years sales , account management or agency experience
  • Exceptional communication skills (both oral and written), you need to be able to hold your own and be an active participant in group settings, and can interact with all levels of management and personnel both internally and externally.
  • Strong writer, equally versatile in professional and creative writing and can adapt tone style, grammar, vocabulary, etc. based on audience
  • Proactive thinker who actively seeks opportunities to learn, grow and produce
