SALES CONSULTANT £30,000 BASIC + OTE £60,000+A very well established Financial Services company are in search of motivated Sales Consultants to join their sales force, currently have over 800 staff and are growing year on year with a great company culture, training & career progression plan, £60,000+a year earning potential and performance rewards such as trips to Dubai and other locations and social events also a great work life balance offering 3 day weekends twice a month , 54 holidays for the yearResponsibilities:speaking to clients who have made a online enquiry for life insurance (hot leads no cold calling!)- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals- Conduct fact find and present quotes to customers and close sales- Making Outbound callsCareer Progression:- Salary Reviews every 3 months can increase up to £60k on a basic salary with OTE £100K- Bonus Structure - 100% of monthly basic salary- Progression routes into Sales Management and Coaching and Development Positions-Qualifications:- Fluent in English- Proven track record of success in sales 2 years Tele sales experience- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Strong negotiation and closing abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindsetThey offer competitive compensation, including a base salary plus commission, as well as benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
