Job Description

Role: Experienced Sales AdministratorLocation: BristolSalary: £20,000 to £25,000 basicHours: 8:30am to 6:00pm Monday to FridayOur client, a Franchised Main Car Dealership based in Bristol, is currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their Administration department.Key Responsibilities:

  • To process all sales paperwork accurately
  • Keeping logs and filing updated daily, splitting handover packs
  • To communicate with management and the sales team and work with integrity, honest and openness
  • Keep management and team members up to date with any relevant issues
  • Be responsible for the day to day activities in vehicle processing
  • Maintain the highest dealership standards
    • Candidate Requirements:
  • Must have previous automotive experience working as a Sales Administrator
  • Must have previous experience in using AFRL but also be IT literate and can adapt to new systems
  • Be able to work well under pressure
  • Be able to work well independently be also within a team
