Shift: 12 hour shift with an average of 42 hours per week. This will involve working weekdays and weekends both days and nightsSalary: £20,000 - £24,000 per annum (DOE)We are currently looking for Grid Operator Team Member to join our team at Ocado’s state-of-the-art automated Customer Fulfilment Centre which is around 150,000 square feet and boasts world leading technology, that is predominantly developed in house at Ocado.Your role will be to provide first line support to the Operation through monitoring the activities and efficiency of the Grid. The Grid Support Team are responsible for dealing with all initial investigations and problem resolution for both the bots on the grid, and systemic issues which impact on the efficient running of the Grid - which could have a negative impact on the CFC`s ability to meet its KPI targets. This is a hands on role and therefore you will need to adopt a versatile and flexible approach to work as the site evolves.As well as having good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at every level, we are looking for people with a can do’ attitude and proactive approach, with effective time management skills.Roles and Responsibilities:
